Additional Details
There is a 50% non-refundable deposit required to reserve your date and time. Please note that all the prices given are subjected to change, conditions apply. There’s no limit to the number of photos that will be captured however you will be receiving the stated amount for the package selected. These photos will be professionally edited/retouched. Luminous Entertainment Ja retain the copyright to all images taken by us unless otherwise agreed upon. If you miss your entire session, that will be considered as a cancelation. If you are more than 30 minutes late then you will be charged a late fee. If there is a need to reschedule this must be done at least 3 days prior to the date of your shoot. Please be punctual for your session so we can have a great time, it is advised that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment in order for us to begin on time, thank you!

How can I book an appointment with you?
To book a date, all you need to do is contact us via the contact form on the website or by phone. We recommend doing this in advance, especially during the busy seasons when the demand for photography increases.
How long will the photoshoot last?
The length of the shoot depends on the package chosen and the type of photoshoot. Typically a shoot can take from 30 minutes to several hours, depending on your needs.
When will the photos be ready?
We aim to deliver completed photographs within 5-7 business days after the shoot. In some cases, for example, with urgent orders, we can offer faster deadlines, but this is at an additional cost.
How do you choose photos for retouching?
We give clients access to an online gallery where you can view all the pictures you have taken. You will be able to choose the photos you like the most and then we will proceed with processing them.
